1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haratna ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Haratna is a local marketplace platform that connects customers with local stores and service providers. We facilitate orders, bookings, and communications but are not responsible for the actual goods or services provided by stores.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Customer Accounts

• You must provide accurate phone number for verification
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

3.2 Store Accounts

• Stores must provide accurate business information
• VAT registration number is required for Saudi businesses
• Stores are responsible for their product/service listings
• Stores must comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations

4. Orders and Transactions

• Orders are contracts between customers and stores
• Haratna facilitates but does not guarantee transactions
• Prices are set by individual stores
• Payment terms are as displayed at checkout
• Electronic invoices are generated per ZATCA regulations

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies are set by individual stores
• Refunds are processed according to store policies
• Disputes should first be resolved with the store directly
• Haratna may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion

6. Store Subscriptions

• Store subscriptions are billed monthly
• Free trial period is available for new stores
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Service may be suspended for non-payment

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse other users or stores
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Sell prohibited items (alcohol, tobacco, weapons, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

The Haratna name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us license to display it within the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Haratna is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Quality of goods or services from stores
• Delays or failures in delivery
• Disputes between customers and stores
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
